1. Introduction

These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you visit the LUID online store, browse our products, create a cart, place an order, contact our support team, or otherwise interact with our website. By using the store or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not place an order through the LUID store.

LUID sells private-label fitness and wellness products for practical home training. Our product range may include resistance bands, adjustable dumbbells, yoga mats, starter home gym bundles, workout guides, and related accessories. The products are intended for personal home fitness, stretching, mobility work, beginner strength routines, and general wellness use.

2. Online Store Terms

You may use the LUID store only for lawful personal shopping purposes. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with store operation, attempt to bypass checkout security, submit false information, or place fraudulent orders. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide at checkout is complete and accurate, including your name, email address, delivery address, billing details, and any order notes.

We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders where we reasonably believe that information is inaccurate, payment is unauthorized, the order is connected with fraud or resale abuse, or the order cannot be fulfilled due to inventory, shipping, pricing, or operational issues.

3. Products and Pricing

Product prices are displayed in USD unless the store interface shows another currency. Current LUID products may include the LUID Flow Bands / Resistance Band Set at $34.99, the LUID Shift Dumbbells / Adjustable Dumbbell Set at $89.99, the LUID Foundation Mat / Yoga Mat at $49.99, and the LUID Ritual Kit / Starter Home Gym Bundle at $149.99. These prices may be updated, corrected, discounted, or discontinued at any time before an order is placed.

The price shown on a product page does not always include shipping, duties, taxes, or other charges unless clearly stated. Shipping fees, taxes, and any available discounts are usually calculated during checkout. If a pricing error appears on the website, we may cancel or correct the affected order, even if an automated confirmation has been sent.

4. Orders and Payment

An order is not accepted until checkout is completed, payment is authorized, and the order is confirmed by the store system. Automated order confirmations acknowledge that we received your order request; they do not guarantee final acceptance if fraud checks, payment authorization, inventory review, or shipping review fails.

Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout. LUID does not ask customers to send full card details by email, contact form, message, or any unprotected channel. You should never include full payment card numbers, security codes, bank passwords, or other sensitive financial credentials in a support request.

5. Product Information

We try to present product descriptions, photos, included items, specifications, and pricing clearly. However, minor differences may occur in product color, material shade, packaging, texture, finish, dimensions, or accessories due to manufacturing batches, screen settings, supplier updates, photography lighting, or product improvements.

Product information is provided for general shopping guidance. Fitness products should be used responsibly and within your ability. Customers should inspect all products before use and stop using any product that appears damaged, unsafe, worn, unstable, or unsuitable for their routine.

6. Third-Party Manufacturing and Private Label Model

LUID is a private-label retail brand. Our products are manufactured by third-party suppliers, branded under LUID, and distributed through remote online retail operations. This means that production, materials, packaging, or component sourcing may involve external manufacturing partners while LUID manages brand presentation, online retail, customer support, and product distribution.

We work to provide practical, useful, and well-presented fitness products, but third-party manufacturing may result in reasonable product variations. These variations do not automatically make a product defective unless they materially affect normal use, safety, or the product description.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed remotely and shipped using available carrier or fulfillment options. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees, unless a guaranteed service is expressly offered at checkout. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs review, high order volume, address issues, weather, local restrictions, or events beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for entering a correct shipping address. If a parcel is delayed, returned, refused, lost, or misdelivered because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, additional shipping costs or replacement limitations may apply.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, damaged item claims, exchanges, and return shipping responsibilities are governed by the LUID Refund Policy. In general, products must be returned unused, clean, complete, and in acceptable condition unless the return relates to a verified defect, incorrect item, or shipping damage.

Refund eligibility may depend on the condition of the product, the time since delivery, proof of purchase, photos of the issue, return tracking, and whether the product was purchased directly from LUID.

9. Fitness Use and Safety

LUID products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Product descriptions, workout guides, routines, and wellness references are for general information and home fitness support only.

You are responsible for deciding whether a product or routine is appropriate for your health, ability, space, and experience level. Before beginning any fitness routine, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, pregnancy, mobility limitation, or other concern, you should consult a qualified professional. Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, unusual discomfort, shortness of breath, or instability.

10. Intellectual Property

The LUID name, product names, product descriptions, page layouts, images, graphics, written content, branding, visual style, logos, and website materials belong to LUID or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, scrape, republish, or use LUID content for another store, marketplace listing, advertisement, catalog, or commercial purpose without written permission.

11. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the website and products responsibly. You must not submit false claims, abuse refund procedures, make unauthorized chargebacks, threaten staff, attempt to access restricted store systems, upload malicious content, or use the store in a way that harms LUID, other customers, payment providers, carriers, or service partners.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LUID is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of income, loss of data, personal routine interruption, missed training goals, or damage caused by misuse of fitness equipment. We may update, suspend, change, or discontinue any part of the website, product catalog, cart flow, checkout experience, content, discounts, or support process at any time. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every location.
